How do you play?
The idea is simple: you must use the elements of the rooms to solve different clues and puzzles to escape within 60 minutes.
How long does the game go for?
You have 60 minutes, from the time the door closes, to get out.
What happens if we don’t get out?
Don’t worry; we will let you out after 60 minutes. You will then have two choices: let us show you what you missed, or we won’t say anything and you can try the same room again another time.
How many people can play?
Each game is different. Camelot (6), Illuminati (4), Whodunnit (6)
What if I want to try it by myself first?
Teamwork is key in order to escape. You are welcome to book by yourself, but others will be booked in with you. You do not need a full group to book.
I don’t have enough people to meet the number of recommended players, can I still book?
Yes, absolutely! You may book as many as your party entails (up to the room max). If your booking does not fill up the max occupancy, we do leave the remaining spots open for other participants to join outside of your party.
I have a group that doesn't meet the max room occupancy: can we have the room to ourselves?
No, the spots you don't occupy remain available for others to book unless you pay for all slots; however, there is always the chance no one else will book in.
How old do you have to be to play?
It is recommended for ages 14 and up, as some of the puzzles are difficult and not aimed for a younger audience. Ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
What skills are required to participate?
Basic reading, problem solving skills, an open mind and a positive attitude.
What time should I arrive?
No later than 10-15 minutes ahead of your time, to ensure that we can properly explain the game to you.
What happens if I show up late?
If your entire group shows up late, that time will be deducted off your 60 minutes. If you are part of a group that has already started, we are unable to let you into the room as it will disturb other players who have already started, unless they give us permission.
